      Management is incompetent

      Pros

      Decent stability. Strong balance sheet ensures that company will survive through ups and downs. Bank is sizeable enough so it is not dependent on one person or group.

      Cons

      Management is completely incompetent. What may work in Japan does not translate outside of Japan. The best thing management could do would be to replace all Japanese management with competent local management so the business can start to compete on an equal footing.

      Pros

      Decent pay, pension in addition to 401k is a nice benefit.

      Cons

      Recent changes in insurance have lead to a massive spike in healthcare costs, there is a pending transfer to a 401k manager with fewer options and inferior fees. Growth and professional development opportunities are lacking. The company is laser focused on cost control to the point that it wont hire or promote for critical positions.

      Pays well and has a pension.

      Cons

      The skillset of individuals in high positions is subpar. They dump all the work on the lower tiers. Everyone has to satisfy Audit even though Audit does not know the subject matter themselves. ORM is also a "skill-less" organization. Both Audit and ORM are oppressors and the WORST in the Banking Industry.
