      Reasonable wages compare to other orgs

      - Very bad culture and toxic environment, if they don't like you, you are fried - Very Old systems used (still using excel for everything) - Very slow to make an effective change something as there is too much resistance from the existing old dogs

      There are a handful of leaders in my 10 years of experience were great leaders.

      Cons

      Many individuals who in are leadership roles, show favoritism, and provide a toxic work environment. Compensation is not aligned with the market value. Promotions are rare even if you’re a top performer. Overall, experience is meh, nothing innovative, the technology used to develop is years behind whats current out there. Avoid this company if you seek career growth, compensation according to your skills/experience, shockingly enough, don't want the occasional “supporting” special projects aka doing another departments role/job and are looking to work with leaders who provide a positive experience.

      Dysfunction at its best

      pretty good pay compared to market

      Cons

      Organizational disarray, lack of focus on anything, buzzwords and nebulous direction rain down from management, but no clue for implementation, adding staff only brings more conflicting viewpoints on direction, multiple departments trying to solve the same problems in different if not conflicting ways. Everyone is in CYA mode to justify themselves and make someone else the culprit for why things go south. Started each day working there in dread of what circus show would I be thrown into to dance my way out of.
