      Above market pay for market Above average retirement package Good medical and dental benefits Good office location

      Cons

      IT systems a comically bad and over complicated. Security (physical and IT) goes way overboard. You have to put in multiple requests in order to use basically anything, and often times the people in charge of approving don’t really understand their responsibilities either so it take literally take weeks or even months just to get access to something to Tableau dashboards. Even though the company is huge with international reach there is not a lot of exposure to the international side of the company.
