Pros

Great culture. Best base pay than the other banks. If driven can succeed very quickly.

Cons

Management not educated to be managers. They utilize tenured employees that can’t retire to cover for them so they aren’t at their branch. Basically on your own and very segregated so have to make friends and work for someone that you know.

I worked with a lot of amazing tenured employees and learned so much while I was there. Management invested in their employees and really cared about developing existing talent.

Cons

New Management came in and targeted tenured employees. Terminating entire departments, mine included. Cost savings, blah, blah, blah...

racist towards US workers and many women, bullying, cubicles so tight you could burst, slow death to no where - no promotions, virtually no raises, and young people jumping over older ones.
