No benefits whatsoever. Even for full time employees. No paid time off. Small company run by 2 owners, conflicting with each other constantly. No room for advancement at all.

The owners here are horrible people to work for; they are mean and heartless and rude to speak with. They play favorites like you wouldn't believe and always look miserable. I used to dread having to speak with the owners. Unless you're willing to dedicate your LIFE to this place (working from home at nights, working multiple positions in the company because they're too cheap to hire more people), you won't be appreciated or even said "hello" to in the mornings. The pay and benefits (if they can be called that) are ROTTEN. Oh and they will terminate you for no good reason at all if they just don't like you for whatever reason, even if you do your job as expected -- and then LIE and make up reasons to unemployment officials about why they terminated you. They are bad news -- STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
