Pros

Employees are great people, and enjoyable to know and work with. Lots of small perks (game room, holiday party, coffee/hot chocolate, etc).

Cons

There is a general lack of communication that seems ingrained in the culture of the management, that often permeates down through the company. There is a lack of feedback from the company to the employees. There is little room for advancement, and the limited professional development stopped years ago.
