Pros

- Bagels every Tuesday - Gym membership option for $5 a month - Free parking after 5 years - Fair 401k matching

Cons

- Very low appreciation for employees. - Management is an 'old boys club', none of them have any professional management training or higher education. - Very high tolerance for incompetence. They have no process for filtering out workers that are sub par. - Most of the employees watch Netflix/YouTube during their shifts (I guess could be a plus?) - Raise and bonus freeze. There are no raises whatsoever since 2014. - Loosing software clients fast. Slow updates/bug fixes are causing clients to move to faster web based EMRs.

Pros

People are amazing. The co-workers you will have are awesome. Every single person I worked directly with was awesome and hard working. I received opportunities here that I would have never got elsewhere with my experience level coming in.

Cons

Management is rough to say the least. Communication is terrible from the top down. I think the CEO needs to take a long hard look at what he is paying employees. Compensation is not competitive in comparison to other software companies in the area. They can’t seem to maintain the talent they desperately need. This company did launch my career in tech though so I always have them to thank for that.
