Pros

Rich Diversity of work placements Recognition of talent Exciting work opportunities overseas with high calibre clients Good ratio of women to men in managerial roles against sector average Good career path into different sectors. A great company for the young.

Cons

Disappointing gender pay gap nearly 40% compared to 18% UK average. There are lots of women managers paid pittance - irony somewhere in this ! Motherhood penalty is very real in this company, as probably the sector. Highly qualified women are looking elsewhere. Flexible in a limited sense. Need to overhaul the greying middle age directors and let some fresh thinking in.

- Salary is not too bad. - Flexibility in hours and remote work. - People diversity. - Get praised when doing good work. - H&S as second nature.

Cons

- My biggest issue is that line managers get too busy working in projects that they forget or don't have time for the people they manage. - Communication in projects could be much better. - Lack of processes or they are not followed properly. - On boarding for new employees needs improvement.
