Great potential, falls short on managing employees and change initiatives

Pros

Intelligent co-workers, laid back atmosphere and dress code. Access to most of the companies published books for free! Convenient location.

Cons

Executive management does not manage change very well. There is extremely high turnover because employees feel undervalued. Pay is on the lower side.
