Company has good benefits like summer hours, work from home, flexible hours. Company had good work life balance

Management does not always listen to ideas or changes. tends to value consultant ideas over employees ideas.

good, all-round company to work for, salary and benefits were excellent in the magazines division

Cons

commuting in London is always a challenge, but it is still a great location, nonetheless. No other particularly adverse conditions at all.
