Challenging business environment led to structural staff changes No clear vision for future strategy

Salaries are below average from my experience and it is impossible to talk about pay rises, as you aren't allowed to bring them up in your appraisals. The office is overwhelmingly white and middle-class. There is a big focus on improving diversity, but that is directed at race only; if you're from outside of London and/or working class, you'll feel like you stick out.
