Pros

A good learning environment as you are very much thrown in at the deep end.

Cons

Poor leadership. A lot of change currently going on, and although there is a clear sense of direction at a global CEO level, this is very poorly filtered down and staff are none the wiser as to what is happenning. The divide between the upper hierarchy and middle management are increasing and the flow of information is very mucha need to know basis. This means that long term planning is difficult, and many meetings are held where people dont really know what is being talked about as there has been no previous follow through. I would not
