Pros

I was able to pick up shifts from any department and any day i wanted. I did not have to complete certain amount of hours each week.

Cons

You need to be flexible with working in different environments.

Nice colleagues, flexible scheduling, easy to learn systems.

Cons

Customers can be difficult. If it is really busy it can be difficult to get help from other employees. Managers care a lot about selling the Macy Card.
