Pros

Some very nice, friendly people.

Cons

Very poor management. No leadership. Too many managers, not enough workers. Some managers have been there too long and are just playing politics. No interest in quality, just checking boxes to look like things got done. Bad management is tolerated and protected. Very low morale among workers. People do not believe anything will ever improve. Annual employee engagement survey is a joke, no real changes are ever made. Culture is very poor.

Pros

Fun job, lots of customer interactions, train on fake registers, Younger cool managers.

Cons

NO personal contact of training, once you complete training even if you didn't do well, your thrown on registers with no help.

Pros

MST uses lots of different technology. With diligence and perseverance you can move between groups and learn a lot.

Cons

Dysfunctional management with a deep hierarchy. When I left they had even started giving the senior technical positions to failed managers. The last project I was on had more managers than technical staff.
