Pros
- The people are great to work with and create a great work environment. - The discount is pretty good. - I learned a lot quickly due to the fast paced work environment.
Cons
- Many unreasonable expectations and last minute decisions that often lead to long nights and sometimes weekends to get work done. - A restructuring happened in my last few months at the company that led to many teams being laid off. The company did a pretty bad job in keeping us informed on many of the changes they were making. - Office is very lackluster and the elevators to get to the corporate side can take forever. - Office is returning to 4 days in office and can’t fully fit all employees in the office. - Bonus and raise is solely dependent on company performance. Even if you do well if your brand or the company overall isn’t doing well you will not get any bonus or raise. - Impossible for assistants to be promoted unless you stay with the company for 5-8 years.
