They give you a vehicle but dont ever use it

The salesmen/women are con artistis and the installers have weeks of experience. The management is truly amazing wow. I get emails from 15 people a day in the office to ask a question like what size is the curb on shower they just ordered. You arent getting a bonus the bonus is working for them the whole thing is a joke Initially they told me we dont care about construction we are a marketing company Great place to work with people who were kicked out of actual construction the highest prices and lowest quality but since you really liked the salesperson i guess 28k for a shower is a great price

They rope you into signing a contract and charging you 3-4 times the amount. And they don't care, they slap them in and leave the people installing have no clue what they are doing. Don't listen to salespeople either, all they want is their commission. Don't call them don't let them in your home they are worse than a used car salesman.

Mad city provides so many great opportunities for everyone in the company. We work as a team and hard work is recognized. The job is very do-able with great bonuses. Schedule is also flexible.

Cons

I never had an issue, but sometimes management can be a hassle. Although, we did get new managers and they are amazing
