This place is a scam. You will not make the money they claim you will. You will initially get 5% of what you sell with the promise of the rest after install but once your installs go through they DEDUCT your pay, saying that the initial 5% they already paid you was too much. You will end up making 0%-3% per job sold which is insane! No sales rep works for that little bit of commission. You are working for free most of the time.
The amount you drive is so crazy that the salary they offer you will barely pay for your gas and car upkeep. They also don’t care if you applied to a certain territory, they will send you 5 hours away to a different one.
The only ppl who make money are the original 12 guys. They will keep you employed for 3-6 months and then start giving you really bad leads in order to fire you with reason. Then a newly trained group takes your place.
Do NOT work for FREE so that this scammers get rich.
Go work somewhere else and put these ppl out of business!
