Horrible Management

Pros

Good tips and benefits. Fast pace if you like being busy

Cons

GM show up when ever because they are salary. Literally come in when its almost time to close and work 3-4 hrs. Someone need to track their time because I’m sure that’s not the hours GM is suppose to work. It’s so unfair to everyone else working hard

Pros

Consistent paycheck is the only pro to this job.

Cons

No lunch breaks, very rare to receive one. Long shifts without breaks You are over worked, long hours, can’t form relationships with clients because clients are not allowed to request stylist, color line is harsh on the hair and not sustainable for most clients. Color line is one size fits all and is not good at all compared to most pro color lines. No customization. No integrity when it comes to other peoples hair. Very greedy company.
