Pros

The company has extremely high values when it comes to how you treat others which is great. They also supply snacks as well as a high demand of clients. Depending on the location your clients will definitely make it worth it being their if you a true colorist. The atmosphere is inviting and warm all the time.

Cons

The company seems to think that anyone who is a cosmetologist is a colorist. Which is completely not true. The pay is insulting compared to the actual services and expectations of the cosmetologist. They hire anyone off the street who has a cosmetology license and pay their colorist so little so they can pay engineers and techs the big bucks.

Pros

They really have a great mission statement. You really want to be apart of changing the industry in a positive way.

Cons

The pay sucks. Think… hair factory. Every 30 minutes a new client. Over and over and over again. A lot of people don’t understand it’s “express” and get upset they move along like a “factory line” Sometimes the clients are verbally abusive to the staff, they know if they complain they will get the service for free and a free service the next time for no reason at all other than desperation to retain clients. The amount of free the company gives away, they will be broke in no time.
