Work from home. Good incentives. Full time benefits and part time benefits. CEO seems to really care about employees. Culture is very inclusive. My direct manager was super.

Cons

I didn’t experience any cons with my Video role. Only experienced a con when I tried a different role so I left the organization.

working from home, great co workers.

Cons

constant changes without any notice, horrible team management. bonus cuts growth within company is minimal. Switched many of us from sales to retention which in return cut our commission because we would spend time trying to appease upset clients, loosing out on sales. When we would be out of products they would expect us to sell them whatever we had left and just fix the issue later. Would hire people fresh out of cosmetology school without proper knowledge of the line or fully understand color.

Overworked you sometimes don’t get a break bad management and hr will do nothing about it they really don’t care about there employees they will just use you while they can
