Bullying

Pros

I was happy there, loved the concept.

Cons

I cried about being bullied by a new hire. My voice went unheard and ignored as I tried reaching out to my Supervisor. One day I was told to express my feelings in a meeting. I was sick and my voice wasn’t there. I got yelled at by the manager for looking at a colleague and told to leave. Like get out, as I was leaving the door was looked and I was crying, I turned back as I was trying to leave out the door and told them that I worked hard for the company with a hand gesture but there was no audio. Needless to say I kept complaining about the bullying so eventually they used the video against me. I loved it there but I was done so wrong. Policy should have heard my voice and complaint of the bullying but it didn’t and failed me.

Pros

Mission-driven: Madison Reed genuinely cares about empowering people to feel confident and beautiful. Development-focused: Strong commitment to personal and professional growth, with opportunities to expand skills, take on new challenges, and develop as a leader. This includes cohort based education in HQ. Innovative spirit: True omnichannel from at-home hair color to wholesale partners to online and amazon - the company is always pushing boundaries. Collaborative culture: Smart, caring, passionate teammates who lift each other up rather than compete. Developing "heart-led" high performers is one of the company wide culture initiatives. Leadership: Transparent, visionary, and committed to both results and people. Values: Love, Joy, Courage, Responsibility and Trust aren’t just buzzwords here—they guide decisions.

Cons

Pace: It’s a high-growth company, which means things move fast and priorities can shift quickly. That can be exhilarating but also demanding. Scaling challenges: Like any expanding business, systems and processes are still evolving, which requires patience and adaptability.

Not worth the $

Pros

This company while lucrative is not worth the headache of corporate constantly holding unrealistic expectations for both service timing and service results.

Cons

You are given very little time to do your services 45 minutes for a blow dry regardless of her length or texture or desired look. Also their policy of reporting any issues internally by sending emails to your manager Foster is a toxic work environment, where you are being spoken to on a daily basis by management
