Pros

Good staff, great shows, fun teams, decent but free food.

Cons

No life balance for 8 months, if teams make playoffs prepare to have a short summer. Management was all over the place.. I never seen new supervisors so much in my life in two years. Granted a pandemic eliminated the less fortunate.. but still. Also, no direct system. Thankfully we implemented something that they probably use today. Giving staff a guide on how to do their positions and run each station efficiently. No ability to move up or transfer shifts.. They made it very difficult when I was there to transfer to the mornings. Also, very subpar on raises. 50 cent raise is absurd especially since now supervisors are getting paid $8 more than what I made in 2021.
