Pros

Professional sports team, great atmosphere, international recognition. There is plenty of exposure to executives, and a great chance you can "put your name out there"

Cons

work-life difficulties, "good old boys club." Other than that, there is not much to complain about. The Human Resources department is a nightmare however.

Pros

Small company feel. It's easy to know everyone in the department. Everyone is friendly and social without being chatty. IT senior management does a good job with communicating immediately before rumors and uncertainty spread.

Cons

It's unstructured although they are becoming more structured. The company is going through a transition and there have been a lot of layoffs since July. They expect people to work a lot of hours, although they say you're only required 9-5.
