Pros

Shared gratuity meant a guaranteed decent payday without additional tips. Very flexible scheduling. Got to work at some really awesome concerts and also Knicks/Rangers games. Fun environment when the right guests are present.

Cons

Very caddie old timer staff. Nasty, angry old coworkers that won't accept change. Not friendly to new employees. No break once night begins, stuck eating dinner at 11 p.m. after shift. Last minute shift cuts despite the commute faced by employees.

Its the world's most famous arena. The mecca of sports and entertainment in NYC. Can't work at a better place if you are looking to work in sports, media, or entertainment

Cons

Interns are barely paid. There is a lot of downtime, management does not always have much work for you to do. Would be nice if they were more helpful in searching for/ securing full or even part time jobs within the company.
