Pros

MSG offers a range of job opportunities from sports to entertainment. If you are trying to get sports experience MSG is a place to apply to. The opportunity to work with either the Knicks, Rangers, or Liberty, or for all depending on what department you are in, will give you a great resume builder. The HR department is very good, and tries to guide you to the right position.

Cons

Some managers are reluctant to give praise and/or recognition when deserved. And some are not as organized as they should be for the positions they hold.

Great atmosphere the workers and management are excellent. The events are very exciting from the sporting events, to the concerts.

Cons

The cons of working at Madison square garden are that there are not many events in the summer months. Also the pay could be better.
