Descent pay compared to other jobs with similar positions. NIghts so you have the day off to do important things.

Cons

Managers are rude. They have very little respect for their workers. They have favorites and give others attitude. It definitely is discouraging.

Pros

One thing of working MSG which was pretty rewarding was meeting some good people that you can turn to and they are just as hardworking as the next person. I have become close with many people from all levels...executives to assistants to interns.

Cons

Maybe it was just my department but there was always a lack of communication from management to employees, no recognition for hard work done, lack of team/departmental support and much much more that I will not fit in this box. I can't say that MSG as a whole is like this but I do hope my department will eventually change for the better.
