Fast paced and High Demand. Staying ahead of the curve for the latest, most effective marketing strategies can be challenging. You have to devote yourself to your work and produce results daily.

Thanks for the review! We pride ourselves in hard work and staying ahead of the curve. It's what keeps the job fun. If we were not challenging ourselves for greatness daily the job would be boring. But as it is, there's never a boring moment an never will be!

Pros

Madwire Media offers inspirational leadership, solid company values, dynamic fast-paced work environment, new technology, competitive compensation & benefits.

Cons

Are there cons to working at Google? Maybe a few, but those cons are far different than the cons of working at Walmart. Madwire Media is on Google end of the spectrum.

Pros

I've had the opportunity to work for several companies -- both big and small -- over my 20 year professional career. Madwire empowers their employees to do what they do best, help businesses grow. I'm surrounded by talented, motivated individuals who understand their success is tied to the success of their clients. Madwire isn't the place to come for a job, it's the company to come to for a career in marketing.

Cons

I'm not sure you would consider it a con, but the pace that we work at can be a challenge. Be ready to bust your butt to meet the expectations of both your clients and the ones set by management.
