Especially for Northern Colorado, the compensation is very high. It has a relaxed environment, great co-workers, and a fast pace. Its pretty hard to complain about the job.

Cons

The job is fairly high stress/high reward. So be able to take the pressure of performing at your best.

Dynamic work environment. Always changing to best fit the employees and clients needs. Open minded management who takes our needs and clients needs into account and makes them a priority always. Lots of opportunity to learn new skills.

Cons

No real cons worth explaining. If someone has a concern, typically they can go straight to the owners and management and their voice will be heard which is rare in most companies.

Pros

Great training program, similar to a college course. Fantastic atmosphere and fantastic co workers. Leadership cares about employees. Multiple company sponsored events and parties annually. Lots of opportunity to grow in knowledge and pay.

Cons

There aren't a lot of cons to working here. They expect a lot of their employees, but they should. To whom a lot is given, a lot is expected.
