      Pros

      There were budgets for equipment and resources and that was a bonus. Summer Fridays, snacks.

      Cons

      Highly unprofessional and dysfunctional behavior which stems from the CEO. Ego runs everything and favoritism wins out over rational decision making. I saw more people come and go in about two years than I ever have in any job in my life.

      They try to distract you with shiny objects: a beautiful office, #1 brands, 25 PTO days

      Cons

      This place is falling apart and I have instant regret for ever joining. There is no leadership. No one knows what they are supposed to do. No one is held accountable for anything. No one is a subject matter expert. There is no learning.
