      great place to work, pay is fair and the environment is busy but great people with lots of information to pass on to new employees.

      Cons

      Pass on more information from upper management on the future of the business and the aerospace business. benefits are good but can always be improved.

      Great Co-workers (other than the bad eggs). Good immediate managers. competitive pay. Great benefits. Opportunity for advancement for those who want to work hard.

      Cons

      upper corporate management blames lack of raises on budget issues while obtaining record profits... Rampant negation of time savings initiatives by purposeful work slowdowns to force overtime by some employees.
