      Pros

      Paid well benefit plan was good Very interesting Field, latest technology, innovative in design and technology Has a couple of Unions to protect workers rights Health and Safety was followed thru

      Cons

      Very negative environment overall Disloyal and deceptive staff Constant flux in staffing No respect for staff not part of the Unions Outrageous turnaround

      No pros, other than some of the people were nice, however most people left due to certain members of staff

      Cons

      Poor management, favouritism, category management are bullies, toxic environment, do not care about their staff, issues raised yet never dealt with, overworked underpaid, false promises, no room for progression, sexist behaviour from SENIOR members of staff

      Pros

      There are good people in front line to see this company to do better. They have enthusiasm to build things. I have made good friends when I was working there.

      Cons

      The interesting thing is how a company who lost almost entire talented people can be selected as one of the Manitoba’s Best Employers. The entire management has no clue of which direction to go. It is a boys club with close minded upper management. Definitely, it is not a place to do a career. It is not even a place to start a career. No training opportunities. Even higher management don’t want to work, they just wait for their retirement since most of them 50+. There is no any enthusiasm to make anything better. There are not many good choices in Winnipeg but this place is not a place learn anything.
