Business Outlook
Pros
Magellan is a young aerospace manufacturing company with excellent contracts on the books. In the 18 + years I was there, they upgraded their facility and machinery to keep competitive. Plus, they are still in an acquisition phase, portending future growth and business.
Cons
There were none that were significant whilst I was there. We had a great team of people and the turnover of employees was minimal. We were acquired in 1998 and we kept the methodolgies and procedures we had prior. Boeing was our largest customer and we utilized their methods and procedures as a model and those sufficed well for all the other clients we had.
