Treat their workers like ignorant slaves. Prison feel to this place. No training whatsoever. You need to ask questions from co-worker who don't always don't want to help. A lot of them don't speak good English. The lead men are way to busy putting out fires to properly train you. Lack of documentation and support to do your job. Side note: extensive drinking on the job so watch your back throughout the day that one of these intoxicated co-workers don't kill you with and overhead crane.

The pay is truly embarrassing considering how much money is made daily. Spend money on unnecessary places mean while what really needs work doesn't get even a second look. People who just sit on their rears all day get payed the big bucks while their under links do their job, so much that on certain occasions they don't even know how to resolve issues that pop up in their own department. They overwork certain people and are reprimanded while some barely do anything and commit an outrageous amount of errors (mistakes ) and nothing is done about it. Certain departments have an outrageous amount of people (which are not needed) while others have barely any (and need more) and are over worked like they are not human. The benefits are ok but again cant really afford it due to the salary (for such a big company you would think they would be more competitive) People who do not know all the work it takes to sell a part for the same day just push their agendas without caring how it gets done. This place is more like a flea market than an aerospace company
