Pros
Some They’re not a lot of pros except some Of the people are ok to work with. Benefits and pension is good.
Cons
No flexibility, no trust, worse place to work. All the Director’s needed to be fired that’s the only time effective changes will be made, they only care about themselves. A lot of the Managers only became Managers because they have worked for the company for many years but they are lacking the experience. They don’t appreciate their staff. Too much micro-managing and way too much politics. The nepotism is extreme and so apparent, the favouritism shows big time.
