      Pros

      You are doing different jobs every day which i enjoy doing, and it makes the day go faster, the people are great, team leaders are very helpful and friendly with me, i find the job very interesting and actually look forward to going to work.. i know.. im a geek.

      Cons

      If you find problems in the work place or want to make a change to something.. it can take a long time for management to get back to you with the change.

      Pros

      -great people to work -hours are good. Some flexibility possible. -excellent benefits.

      Cons

      -No training or upgrading of skills provided easily. Very hard to get meaningful skills training. Only a few lucky ones get it. -average age of employees is about 50. Sorry but I feel this is a con. -constant restructuring leads to many potential layoffs. And younger and newer employees always get laid off first. -building condition is awful. Leaky roofs. Constant stench. Mice. Ants. Insects. Birds

      Freedom to run your department without being micromanaged. Good team environment below the director level Knowledgeable and skilled shop floor personnel

      Cons

      Salary increases were non existent even when objectives were met No acknowledgement for performance Poor performing managers not held accountable
