      Cons

      Egotistical CTO who has either laid off or driven away most of the valuable talent in the IT department. Inadequate staffing has turned Magellan into a sweatshop. The company's stock has tanked under current leadership.

      Reasonable pay, good, professional coworkers

      Cons

      Quickly shifted from focus on quality and long term goals to quarterly earnings and limiting care. Treat employees as disposable resources to be used up and replaced. Age discrimination by some senior executives. Management by intimidation.
