Extensive training. 144 hours of PTO plus 2 FH after 90 days of employment. Benefits are offered immediately. Full time hours. Excellent supportive staff. Cafeteria on site.

Cons

Professional work environment. Scheduled breaks. Only 30 minute lunches. Hours aren't great and not flexible in taking any time off for the first 90 days. Monthly call time goals.
