Pros

The ability to work with the military and their families.

Cons

Poor and unqualified supervisors. Being forced to enter information just to meet DOD qualifications. No vacation time. Low pay. Favoritism. Management does not listen to needs of employees.

Pros

So much cons outweigh the very few pros that are not even worth mentioning.

Cons

Management does not respect employees. You are clearly replaceable to them. They do not value their employees. The only way to get a promotion is with favoritism. Everything is micromanaged. They like to humiliate employees And do not value seniority.

Pros

Flexible hours, opportunity to work with military families was an amazing experience, decent salary, fantastic team support in field. It was an honor to work with these individuals.

Cons

On your own without appropriate training, no back-up from supervisor or corporate HR, lack of PR before assignment is set up makes it difficult to have working relationship with admin/staff at assigned facilities on or off base.
