Pros
Gained work experience. Realized I did not want to spend my life working there. Realized I could expand my potential elsewhere. Realized that place was toxic to my mental health (ironically). Realized I was back in grade school- working with people who would rather talk about each other than get work done.
Cons
Unprofessional co workers. Unprofessional management. Management had family in the same department- showed favoritism. Management was terrible- management could "work from home" yet using personal PTO made them gossip about you and made work more frustrating than it had to be. They hired from outside- under the guise that they were temporarily looking to fill a position- yet did not promote people who had worked there longer. Management rudely talked down to employees, very stifling environment.
