Cons
My review is specific to my department and experience, but it’s eerily similar to the most recent review (the one that states there’s no HR), and that person was in a very different department. Crazy overtime is encouraged if not mandated, communication is horrible, training is non existent. People absolutely do brag about the insane hours they work and the sleep they miss out on. I was on edge everyday, and people were so difficult to work with that I was afraid to even try to do my job for the backlash I knew was coming. I had a fair amount of experience and often doubted myself. Painfully long meetings with no real purpose are like once a day. Such a waste of time. I never felt supported by any level of management. Like the other reviewer stated, it’s pretty much impossible to find a real human member of hr. I just could not be happier to be done here.
