Pros

Worked with some very committed colleagues at the director level and below. Flexible work hours/work at home arrangements.

Cons

Poor executive and senior leadership - they are out of touch with staff and the work loads/demands required to manage existing business. Significant staffing reductions in last 2-3 years along with staff attrition have made workloads impossible/unrealistic to manage.

Pros

The opportunity to support those serving our country. Fantastic supervisor, but her hands are tied ( she's to professional to ever say that though).

Cons

The company does not care about the employees. When hired they mislead you into thinking you will have a full time position all year. The health insurance is horrible. If you have a question about your health insurance there is no human resources, but health advocate who often do not know the answer. They have to ask VERN, the computer program and then wait to get an email response. So it takes days to get basic information. But it gets better. If your question is complex this could go on for days to weeks back and forth. No one will call you from Magellan human resources.

Pros

competitive salary- flexibility to work remotely at times.

Cons

poor insurance package (high deductible and only offers BSC). Poor management. lots of dictatorship and incompetency. very unprofessional.. I was indirectly asked to manipulate the data to showcase falsify . Supper unethical and I refused to partake. Also I kept getting my food stolen from the fridge! made me feel uncomfortable!
