      Pros

      The people you work with are great! That is the only positive thing I have to say about this company. Everything else sucks!!

      Cons

      They monitor every single second of the day you are at the company. You can't go to the bathroom without someone saying something to you. They want you on the phones at all times.

      Leadership is supportive in many departments throughtout the organization. Growth potential if you are in the right division/department within the organization. Salaries competitive and vacation time is generous.

      Cons

      Llack of management skils in middle management leeads to low employee morale in some departments. Hiring managers frequently hire from outside instead of promoting from within.
