      Pros

      flexibility to work at home and some very bright, motivated people. another dimension to add to the resume. generous amount of paid leave.

      Cons

      Its pedal to the metal all the time. While you may have a lot of paid leave, you can never take it. Insides call PTO - pretend time off. Some of the business units are dysfunctional and lack a clear direction. Followers instead of leaders. Raises and bonuses are almost non-existent while the leadership is publicized as receiving huge stock options.
