The military and the families are wonderful to work with. The schools like having the extra help and are always happy the MFLC is there.

Cons

The higher ups are dishonest and lie about benefits and salaries. The benefits changed and were lessened yearly. No raises ever. They just added more and more work and began micromanaging a position that can’t be. They don’t care about the employees at all.

They sometimes let you take time off.

Cons

No career growth. Compensation is 20-30% below the market. To top it off, the culture is toxic. People applaud the CTO and tell him how great he is, and then turn around and spread venom throughout the whole company. The worst part is that you cannot talk to Sr. Management because you don't really matter to them. It's horrible. Advice to prospects...RUN!!!!!

Other than vacation policy, I can’t name much more.

Cons

Corporate management is poor. There is little to no communication to employees about the state of our company despite numerous articles stating United Health or Anthem are considering buying Magellan. The bonus structure is poor. The expectations are ridiculous. Their infrastructure and computer applications are held together with glue. The rules change all the time. Managers are wushu washy and stressed. Did I mention THE MICROMANAGING?
