      MFLC program a joke

      It's a paycheck, colleagues stick together

      Cons

      Regional Supervisors will NOT cover you when it comes down to the bottom line and WILL LIE to cover their own positions. They do not do their jobs, place their responsibilities on the MFLC and then mad/resentful if you stand up for your own morals and values. MFLCs take the heat when Supervisors do not do what they were supposed to do in the first place. Unethical management! You will not be appreciated for your professional skills!

      Nice co-workers, good PTO, bagels on Friday

      Cons

      terrible insurance, constantly micromanaged, management is clueless, pay/raises not great, management does not care about employees at all

      Pros

      Used to be a lot of pros, none anymore. Spent over two decades here and the harsh and toxic work environment led to to take the decision to leave.

      Cons

      In one word - CIO Empty words by the cio. Decisions made without much thought out into it. Army of VP’s and Directors hired by the CIO and at the same time letting 100’s of employees go.
