Company grew way too fast. Lots of communication gaps, and general lack of respect between some teams. Many of the employees are from old companies like Motorola and Blackberry and bring nothing leading or visionary to the management positions they are in. They constantly refer to "their previous life" when making decisions. Software Org is run by people who you would think have never run any software development before. Poor planning and execution by the program management staff leads to unnecessary crunch and bad features. Software program management needs to be cleaned out starting at the top. Slack channels can be fairly toxic, as if reading a 4Chan board.

Unless you're drinking the koolaid you'll quickly see how much of a facade this company is. -Completely over paid Sr Leadershop that's incompetent. -HR is making up any excuse to fire certain individuals. Ex- meeting with the CEO without permission from their Manager -Marekting has always been a joke. 1st it was ran by a hot head sexist and now by someone that "oks" banners to be made that says "attack of the colors". -Floridian employees look down on all other employees and regard them as wild and not as intelligent as they are. All in all I'd avoid this company. They promise big but behinds the scenes is a chaotic mess. If you enjoy having no work life/balance with a chaotic SLT, this is the place for you.
