New CEO Innovative spirit Some good people but still plenty of toxic groups especially in SW and HR, who is padding these reviews. Anything that is short, upbeat is not authentic.
Cons
Despite the rosy outlook, please don’t be fooled by many of these padded reviews. Go to the Blind app to read the full story or the countless press articles. Not fake news and it’s actually worse than you think. Yes, the tech is amazing but not where it needs to be, not even close. Yes, there are many smart people but many are leaving or actively wondering when this will all end. Yes, the benefits are good but nothing you wouldn’t expect from any other tech company. They blew up the company - removing the Emperor with no Clothes CEO and their clown car of CSuite executives to find work anywhere else but here but the damage is done. If you’re hoping to make some money before it all runs out then go ahead and join, but if you’re hoping for longevity or any semblance of normalcy look elsewhere. And for heaven’s sake don’t move to accept a role here.
