      Lack of high caliber people to learn from Scattered approach to development CEO thinks he is Willy Wonka (could be a pro if you're into that) Constant sense of uncertain future Low salaries

      Can't stop talented developers from leaving

      Pros

      The initial vision and courage to make the product that will lead the next tech trend thrills many of its early engineers to love and be passionate about it. The executive board has the capability of raising funds within the last few economic booming years, which keeps the company survive till today.

      Cons

      Extreme politics and depressive office vibe since its massive team expansion. Some managers fail to treat everyone fairly or keep motivating their talents. Compensation is considerably low compared to average. How can one expect a tech company like this to thrive for always?

      Pros

      - It has a Okish work life balance, depending on the team that you are. - Low, but there is a decent chance of being a top tech company. - Benefits are par to other tech companies. - Smart and friendly engineers.

      Cons

      - Human resource is pushing to get glassdoor reviews. - No stock refresh. - Total compensation is way lower than competitors. You cannot compare to FANG. - Offices outside of Florida are forgotten. Sunnyvale office is all empty, half of team quit. - Not a start-up anymore. Too big and too many layers of management already. - Company tries to relocate everyone to Florida. To isolate employees, hopping that they won't leave.
