- Amazing groud-breaking product - Very good company culture - regular communication from CEO - high coding standards - minimal red-tape for most things - It's possible to work from home if the infrequent need arises

Cons

- Some developers writing sub-standard code despite rigorous code review practices. - Program management is not as focused as it could be
