      The employees at PRO are exceptional. The company is a leader in a high growth industry yielding challenging and exciting career opportunities. The clients relationships are developed to true business partnerships. I can't say enough great things about PRO.

      The company is growing so fast that there are some growing pains but they are positive and present the opportunity to learn from challenges.

      Pros

      Outstanding management teams, competitive salaries, great career growth as the company always allows internal employees the opportunity to advance from their current positions. Company has an excellent referral program in place for internal employees.

      Cons

      PRO Unlimited and their sister company RightsourcingUSA are growing so fast, sometimes we experience growing pains. But what a great learning experience it has been for the employees!

      Pros

      PRO's global footprint is on the rise. Intelligent technology, passionate people, world class leadership and unmatched client service delivery standards. The business is steadily evolving with predicted market gains to further dominate the contingent workforce industry.

      Cons

      No tangible incentives for outstanding performance or continued excellence. Salaries are competitive; however, the company does not offer any bonus structure or retention plan. A thanks pat on the back job well done is nice, but simply doesn't compare.
